Accepting clientsAbout Me
Maybe you couldn't put it into words either. A lot of people who find their way to me are sitting somewhere late at night trying to describe what's happening and coming up empty. Not because nothing is wrong. Because what's wrong is bigger than the words they have for it.
Something shifted. A role ended, a relationship broke, a version of your life you thought was permanent just isn't anymore. And now you're standing in the middle of it going — okay, now what? Who am I in this? What do I actually want? What have I just been carrying out of habit?
That's the work I do. The slower, harder thing of figuring out who you are when the thing that used to define you is gone.
I know what that feels like. I spent over 20 years in the Air Force. My identity was the uniform, the mission, the structure, the people around me. When that ended I had to figure out who I was without any of it. I've also navigated a lot of things that taught me what it means to hold more than one identity shift at a time and not fall apart.
I work with adults after major life changes, with people who realized late that the scaffolding they built their whole life around was never really theirs to begin with. I work with people who are tired of coping and ready to actually understand themselves.
I'm not going to hand you a framework. I'm not going to tell you how to feel. I'm going to sit with you in the honest, uncomfortable middle of it and help you find your footing.
You don't have to know what you're looking for yet. We can find it together.
