About Me

Hello, I’m Keith Kirkland, a Licensed School Counselor, LPC Candidate, and a 20-year Air Force veteran. My professional training and life experiences allow me to meet people where they are—with compassion, understanding, and respect for the challenges they face. I know what it feels like to carry heavy things, and I believe you don’t have to carry them alone.

In counseling, my focus isn’t on labels or buzzwords—it’s on you. I help people look at all angles of their situation, uncover new perspectives, and discover practical ways to move forward. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening in your life and find strategies that fit who you are.

I work with teens, veterans, and adults from all walks of life. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, identity questions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you’re welcome here. My role is to walk alongside you, help you reconnect with your strengths, and support you in building a path that feels more manageable and hopeful.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Wherever you are in your journey, we can start there—together.
